Important Service Policies

Accuracy of Information

Monarch Ex. Tr is not responsible for interruptions in service due to incorrect information, arrival delays, or issues from other carriers that may impact our service. In such cases, we reserve the right to charge the full amount for the scheduled service.

Waiting Time Fees

Sedan Service: First 10 minutes free; $1.50 per minute thereafter. Additional stops (if different ZIP code) are $30.00.
SUV Service: First 10 minutes free; $2.50 per minute thereafter. Additional stops (if different ZIP code) are $40.00.

Airport Waiting Time

First 30 minutes after plane landing are free; $1.50 per minute for Sedan and $2.50 per minute for SUV thereafter.
Parking fees apply (amount varies by parking duration).

Booking Requirements

Schedule transportation a minimum of 24 hours in advance.

Cancellation Policy

Cancel at least 12 hours in advance, or you will be charged the full amount.

Minimum of 3–4 hours for chauffeured executive car services

Special Occasions

Prom/Graduation: Minimum 6 hours.
